Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard (including pre-paid), and American Express. Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Pay in 3 are also available. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken when your order is placed. It may take up to 5 working days for the transaction to appear on your statement.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes — you can add one valid promo or discount code at checkout. Only one code can be used per order.

What if an item I bought goes on sale later?

Prices may change during promotions. We’re unable to refund the difference, but you can return the item (if eligible) and reorder at the new price.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Orders sent outside the UK are shipped tax-free (VAT removed). Any customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details. If you haven’t received this, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Please allow 72 hours for possible carrier delays. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact customer service quoting your order number.

Print-On-Demand Items

What does ‘Print-On-Demand’ mean?

Print-On-Demand items are made individually once your order is placed. This allows us to offer more styles, player names, and custom options.

Which products are Print-On-Demand?

Selected printed merchandise. Each item is clearly labelled as Print-On-Demand on its product page.

How long will my Print-On-Demand order take?

Production can take up to 5 working days before dispatch. Standard UK delivery applies once produced.

*Print-On-Demand products cannot be shipped internationally and are not eligible for Next-Day Delivery.

Can I return or exchange a Print-On-Demand item?

As these items are custom-made, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is faulty or incorrectly printed.

My order includes both stock and Print-On-Demand items — what happens?

Items will be dispatched separately:
• Stock items ship first
• Print-On-Demand items follow once produced
You’ll receive separate tracking emails.

Can I change or cancel a Print-On-Demand order?

Production begins almost immediately, so changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible if you need help.

What if my Print-On-Demand item is faulty?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 28 days. Personalised or Print-On-Demand items can only be returned if faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive your return.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account allows order tracking, saved addresses, and customer support access.

How long does customer service take to respond?

We aim to respond within 2–3 working days. During busy periods, this may take up to 5 working days.
