Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us, along with your receipt, within 28 days of receipt in an unworn and unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, all sales of socks and underwear are final and non-refundable.

Christmas 2025 Extended Returns
Purchases made between 17 November 2025 and 19 December 2025 may be returned until 19 January 2026.

Orders placed after 19 December 2025 are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

Personalised Items

We are unable to refund or exchange any personalised shirt or shorts once printed with a name and/or number. This applies even if a player leaves the club or changes squad number.

A refund or exchange will only be permitted if the garment is faulty.

We recommend sending returned goods by a tracked or special delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Please allow up to 14 days from the return delivery date for processing.

Refund & Exchange Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if an item appears to have been:

  • Tampered with
  • Incorrectly washed
  • Subjected to excessive wear and tear

This does not affect your statutory rights. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Defective Items

If your item is defective, please contact our Online Store via the Contact Us page before returning the item.

All defective items must be returned using a recorded delivery service, including both the merchandise and delivery slip.

Reasonable return postage costs will be refunded if a valid receipt is included.

Exceptions to This Policy

  • DVDs, videos, PC and PlayStation games, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and made-to-order items may only be refunded if faulty.
  • Personalised shirts cannot be refunded or exchanged once printed, unless the item is faulty.
  • Socks and underwear are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
  • Return and re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for non-faulty items.
  • All items must be unworn and unused.
