RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us, along with your receipt within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all sales of socks and underwear are final and non-refundable.
For Christmas 2024, we’ve extended our returns window. Purchases made between 18 November 2024 and 19 December 2024 are eligible for returns until 19 January 2025, with refunds issued to the original payment method.
For orders placed after 19 December 2024, our standard 28-day returns policy applies.
NOTE: We are unable to refund or exchange any personalised shirt/shorts once it has been printed with a name and/or number, this still applies in the event of a player leaving the football club and/or his number changing. A refund or exchange will only be permitted if the garment is faulty.

When returning the item by post we would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.
Please allow 14 days for the processing of returns.
