Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over who purchase a framed print from the official [Club/Store Name] online store between 1 August 2025 and 31 January 2026.
2. How to Enter:
   Each completed online order that includes at least one framed print from the Framed Prints Collection will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No additional entry or payment is required.
3. Online Purchases Only:
   This promotion applies to online purchases made through the official Coventry City website only. Purchases made in-store or via third-party retailers are not eligible.
4. Prize Details:
   There is one (1) prize available: a unique, one-of-a-kind signed and framed print, created exclusively for this promotion. No duplicates or reproductions will be made.
5. Winner Selection & Notification:
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The winner will be notified by 4 February 2026 using the contact details provided with their order. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Delivery of Prize:
   The prize will be delivered to a UK address only. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed directly with the winner.
7. General:
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Entry into this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
