• How can I pay for my order?

    Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout payment page where you can choose how to pay for your order. These include:

    - Visa and MasterCard (including pre-paid cards)

    - Amex

  • Do you ship Worldwide?

    Yes, we ship to most countries globally. Please see the country drop down for the list of destinations we ship to. Orders are sent Tax free, but customs and duty must be paid by recipient.

  •  Pre Order Information

    When you place a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not yet available. Pre-orders allow you to reserve the product in advance. Due to external delays, home kit pre-orders will now be delivered during the week commencing 21st August. While we make every effort to ensure the product is available on the estimated release date, there may be circumstances beyond our control that lead to delays. 5-7 day delivery.

    Please note that if you are ordering items that are not on pre-order together with a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item's dispatch date. If you require the non pre-order items sooner, we suggest placing a separate order for them. Over the pre-order period no names and numbers will be available to print on the back of shirts, so that we are able to deliver these quicker to you. These can be still printed in store.

  • How do I know my order was successful?

    You will receive an automated email confirming your order was successful and is ready to be processed by our despatch team. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email confirming your order has left our warehouse. Please check your junk/spam mail if the e-mail is not in your inbox.

  • My order is incorrect/missing an item?

    If you have received your order and you are missing one of your items or have received an incorrect item, then please contact our customer service team, via the Contact Us’. Please quote your order number and provide us with the name of the item so that we can investigate this for you and get the error amended as quickly as possible.

  • When will payments be taken from my account?

    Payment is usually taken as soon as the order has been placed. It can take up to 5 working days before the funds show as having left your account.

  • Can I use a discount or money off code with a promotion?

    You can only utilise one promotion per order. For some of our site promotions, certain merchandise (based on availability or other factors) may be excluded. If your item is excluded from one of our promotions, you will not see a discount for this item at checkout.

  • The item I ordered is now in the sale, can I get a refund for the difference?

    As an online business our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability we are, therefore, unable to retrospectively refund the difference in price when an item you have purchased goes into sale, although we do appreciate how frustrating this can be. You are more than welcome to return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price, provided it is returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee that another customer won’t purchase this item before you get chance to do so.

  • Can I use multiple season ticket codes on my order?

    Unfortunately, only one code can be used per basket. If you want to spend all your vouchers you will have to place separate orders.

  • Where is my order?

    If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from us yet, then contact us and we will investigate. Please remember if we have just had a big release, we might be a little slower at getting orders out or if you have ordered a pre-order item, the shipping deadline for those products are different (and we won't despatch your order until all products are available). If you have received a shipping notification, consult your tracking number for the latest update on where your order is.

  • Are there any promotions on at the moment?

    Currently we have sale items with 75% off selected products. Prices as Marked. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Please note discounts do not apply on personalisation. Any refunds take into account this discount.

  • I have sent an e-mail and haven't had a reply yet?

    Please be aware that e-mail responses can take up to 3 working days for a reply. Please wait the requisite amount of time before trying to contact us again.

  • I want to Refund/Exchange/ my order is this possible?

    Yes, these are all possible. If you have received your order and want a refund or to exchange, you can do this by returning the product to us. We are only able to exchange products for the same product code otherwise a refund will be issued, and you can place a new order. Please note we cannot give refunds or exchanges on personalised, or hero printed kits even if that player subsequently leaves the club or his squad number changes during his career at Coventry.

  • How do I find out about new releases of merchandise?
